Keaton started the business as a residential garbage pick-up service in Madison

County. His Leicester-based company has evolved to focus on collecting food

Danny Keaton is "the Man of Magic" because he moves all of our
(Posana Cafe) waste. The thing that excites me most about his service is
that we can now put dairy and meat into our compost, which means we
don't have to sort through everything.
